• Welcome to ACPTR!

Welcome to the Army of CP Training Regiment. Founded in 2008 by Omega3, over 200 cadets have passed through the ACPTR classroom and graduated to become some of the greatest members of the ACP community. Our graduates have gone on to become some of the most influential members of the army community and members of the ACP leadership and higher command! Today the tradition endures and the ACPTR remains the premier institution for training the ACP soldiers.

We want every cadet to succeed here in the ACPTR, and so, in order to maximise the attendance of all cadets, two versions of the same lesson will be scheduled to cover the different timezones. All lessons are scheduled in the Regiment Bulletin channel.

Week 1

Opening Ceremony

This is our first assembling of the course and attendance is compulsory. Here the instructors will guide you through all the important and need-to-know information regarding the Training Regiment course. The Director expectations will be made clear, and there will be A+ graduate, staff and higher command input, as a select few will be sharing their ACPTR experiences and advice with you. This is also the perfect time to ask any questions you have regarding the course.

Lesson 1: History Class

The first History Class will cover the creation and foundations of the Army of CP under Oagalthorp’s 2006-2008 leadership. The class will conclude with a Kahoot quiz based on the lesson content.

Week 2

Lesson 2: Tactics, Formations and Movements Part 1

The second week is all about the three key aspects to an event or battle: Tactics, Formations & Movements. Think of tactics and movements as the actual firefight in a battle, and formations as the strategic placement of troops. This will be a practical week that sees both lessons take place on CP Rewritten. We will first start with the basics, before moving on to master the complex and innovative aspects.

Lesson 3: Tactics, Formations & Movements Part 2

The second part to the lesson will continue with the innovative content, and we will also cover the expected requirements for event picture taking.

Week 3

Lesson 4: History Class

The second and final History Class will take a look at the ‘CPPS’ generation of the Army of CP: first at the events of Chainpro and Koloway’s leadership. We will then learn out about CSY’s reign up until the present day, and how he rose the army from near-death to 80 soldiers at the Legends Cup X. This lesson will also feature the full story of the dramatic World War Rewritten. Another Kahoot quiz will conclude the lesson.

Lesson 5: Leadership Masterclass

One of the most exciting lessons will be the Leadership Masterclass, held by Director Max. He will be revealing all his valuable tips and tricks in regards to leading events and battles, and the importance of event hyping will be touched upon. Be sure to take notes in this lesson as cadets are expected to put the theory into practice the following week! This session will see cadets joined by ACP moderators too, as the lesson is compulsory for them to attend.

Week 4

Lesson 6: Internal Practice Battle

It’s time to apply what you’ve learned in a number of skirmishes. In this class you’ll apply what you’ve learned in the previous lesson. This a fun event where instructors give cadets the opportunity to take the reigns and lead two groups against each other. The opportunity for extra credit is strong here, and we’ll see which cadet group takes the win!

Lesson 7: Battle vs. Mystery Army

For the final lesson of the course, the cadets will again be leading, although this time against an opposing army. Preparation is key, so come armed with a variety of tactics, formations and movements. It’s normal to be nervous for this, and the instructors will help guide you through.

Graduation Ceremony

You’ve come far! We hope you’ve learned a lot and done enough to graduate with an A+. This final week culminates in a closing event to sum everything up, answer any questions you may have, and of course, celebrate your accomplishments! We hope you’ve made some great friendships along the way and your training here is going to serve you well in the ACP! A lot of our former leaders were A+ graduates, so we have great expectations for you as well! If you’ve worked hard and earned the esteemed A+ grade you will be awarded a special Discord role.

Grading System

For every lesson attended, each cadet will receive 2 credits. An extra credit will be given out to the cadets that showed an excellent performance – be that by winning the History Class quiz or extreme focus in a practical lesson. Below you can find our grading system.

A+ Graduate: 16 or more Credits

Fail: Less than 16 Credits

At the end of the ACPTR course, badges will be converted into clovers at a x2 rate. So if you earned 15 credits, this will be converted into 30 clovers to be used towards promotions.
