The New ACPTR

ACPTR will be reopening the first Friday in May you’ll be able to join starting the first!

ACPTR started here in 2008 and right up to 2010 ACPTR had A+ graduates and never once closed. People have become to accustomed to ACPTR being closed and closing ACPTR simply can’t fly anymore. We’re going to do something here just wait and see. 😉

He who returns right? Lol. ACPTR is in a bad place right now and over the next week its going to be completely redone. From top to bottom. Simplicity and effectiveness is key. The way ACPTR has been going is terrible. We’ve experienced unreliable instructors and absent advisors. There is no Superintendent currently and that will remain so until a later date because its not important enough to be at the top of the list. The few things I’ll be doing over the next week are below:

• Create a new staff: Almost There

The staff at the moment are inactive and to be honest. I don’t want to hunt them down and beg them to get active. So as of now if you were staff now. You aren’t anymore. Sonic I know you’re here so just find me on chat because you’re going to be one of the two Co-Leaders. Heres what it will look like:

1. ACPTR Leader (1): 1/1
2. Co-Leaders (3): 2/3
3. Drill Team Leaders (4): 3/4
4. Instructors

• Reinstate Drill Teams: Yep

I liked drill teams. They were a big part of being in ACPTR once before. Theres going to be four drill teams and four drill team leaders. DT leaders are in all essence instructors. When adding people from the join page you just want to keep the drill teams balanced as well as you can theres no huge science to it. Theres going to be instructors too. Their jobs are being assisting teachers to the drill team leaders, so basically they replace interns but now they’re a real part of ACPTR.

• Iron out the grading system: Done

I don’t know what kind of grading system is being used now. Medals I assume and if theres any problems or things I think should change I’ll make those changes.

• Form a meeting with the staff

Once I have a staff we’re going to have a meeting. It’s going to be a meeting where I tell you what you need to do and how to do it so you succeed in ACPTR.

• Maybe order new graphics: Nah

Why not? A fresh start calls for new graphics right?

Thats all I can think of right now. This is just a general outline of changes that will be made. Theres going to be two more posts soon. First a post about the new ACPTR staff and soon following that a post scheduling meetings. Any updates will be edited in at the top of the post.
