• Welcome to ACPTR!

Welcome to the Army of CP Training Regiment. Founded in 2008 by Omega3, over 200 cadets have passed through the ACPTR classroom and graduated to become some of the greatest members of the ACP community. Our graduates have gone on to become some of the most influential members of the army community and members of the ACP leadership and higher command! Today the tradition endures and the ACPTR remains the premier institution for training the ACP soldiers.

Slider: I tried to think of a good way to respond to your post and there really isn’t in words a way I can express my gratitude enough. I’d never have thought anyone would have given me the thanks that I always wanted. I don’t set out on a path in ACPTR or in ACP for recognition and I can’t see ACPTR die out. I do it so that the memories that I carry from ACPTR can be memories that other members carry with them right up until they retire and leave.

Slider,

First I would like to show my appreciation to you as I express my gratitude for your loyalty to the ACPTR. You have always been here to help ACPTR even after it has fallen so many times and you have done your absolute best to try to get ACPTR successful again. I’m sure you will recall being given the Medal of Training which is only offered to those who show exceptional dedication and help in a great way necessary to ACPTR. Although what you have done time and time again for this army goes far beyond what is expected of you. Words can not express how grateful I am for your commitment to this training regiment. You have offered this army so much and in return I don’t think you have been thanked enough, which is why I am doing this now, to say thank you for all your hard work even after 4 years of service to ACP, you are still here somehow and trying to keep this army going. Whatever you need to do to ACPTR, even if it means closing for a long time, then I want you to do it and if you need any help then feel free to ask me, and it there are any issues that anyone has with you for whatever reason then come and talk to me about it, I will back you 100%. The post you put up on April 9th entitled “Not How It Should’ve Ended” took great courage to put something like that and I hope you know that Slider, you are, always have been and always will be an amazing soldier. I have 100% respect for you and so should other people, we all do something bad in our life that we regret, but don’t let them get you down.

There are 3 parts to life; the past, present and future. Don’t reflect badly on the past, cherish the amazing happy memories you’ve had, Live in the present and view life as a forever learning experience and live every day like it’s your last, If you want to do something then go and do it and make something of your life. Now that just leaves the future, and this part is simpler then the other two… just don’t worry about it, it’s not arrived yet, so don’t be fearful of what might happen.

Do NOT open ACPTR until it is ready once again to train the troops of ACP. Only get the best staff the army has got, don’t just ‘make do’ with those who apply.

Now to all of you troops out there willing to join ACPTR as a member of staff let me tell you this, an interesting quote I read,

“There is a difference between interest and commitment, interest means you do something only when it is convenient to you, commitment means you accept only results, no excuses”

March on, keep your head up.
