US Lesson 2/5

Hey everybody, Lumarnara here with the results of our leadership lesson! Read more to find out~!

So tonight we had our 3rd lesson for the US division, and unfortunately we didn’t have the tournout I was hoping for. We maxed 4 and 5 cadets the previous nights, but tonight we only managed to max 2 cadets; Aeropos and Cancel. Cancel had to leave shortly as well.

We began discussing what it means to be a good leader; and the different kinds of leaders that exist in CP armies. Aeropos was very attentive and seemed to gain a far greater grasp  of what leaders are good and bad. We began talking about the greatest leaders of ACP, such as Oagalthorp, Boomer20, Shaboomboom, and Mchappy. We also talked about some of the lesser leaders like Kingfunks and Tori.

Next we began talking about how you can be a better leader on xat and when leading on CP. We discussed how you need to have a balance of being both strict, and being kind at the same time in order to achieve maximum results.

Those who attended were Myself, Penny, Skyfish for the staff. Cancel and Aeropos were the cadets. Cancel gets one medal, and Aeropos gets 2.

Tomorrows lesson is a lesson on spying, so it should be more interesting. One problem that was encountered was last night we did sort of the more CP aspect of tonights lesson, leading us with less to do tonight. Anyway, see you all tomorrow!
