• Welcome to ACPTR!

Welcome to the Army of CP Training Regiment. Founded in 2008 by Omega3, over 200 cadets have passed through the ACPTR classroom and graduated to become some of the greatest members of the ACP community. Our graduates have gone on to become some of the most influential members of the army community and members of the ACP leadership and higher command! Today the tradition endures and the ACPTR remains the premier institution for training the ACP soldiers.

Change in Leadership

At the meeting on Sunday, we voted that Hershay would replace Epicorange as ACPTR leader.

There were terms we added to this conclusion:

  • Originally, I wanted a Purp and Japan leadership together. However, as Cas and others probably correctly pointed out, she is also ACP 2ic. She will remain as co-leader.
  • Epicorange is demoted to co-leader, it’s up to him where he goes from here. I’ve asked Hershay to give him time but he’ll have to adhere to 2ic standards.

This wasn’t an easy decision for me. Alas, it was such a tricky decision that I had to pass it onto a vote when i really should have made the decision myself, and a tricky decision in that the meeting was on Sunday, and today is early Thursday morning, and I’m yet to release it. I still hummed and hawed. This was genuinely because I like Orange. His month of May was fantastic. However, his inactivity went on too long, his excuses too unreliable. I must stress this was a bloody difficult decision for me to make.

In terms of Hershay, his appointment has made me as nervous as when I originally appointed Jack as leader *slaps* :I . However, despite some poor relations with some staff, (which he claims to have stopped, so I hope his current relations continue) he is (generally ;))  an exceptional teacher and exceptionally organized when updating the site. With Purp and hopefully Epicorange at his side, I hope to see a very good era for ACPTR.

Just for clarification, the new ranks are.

ACPTR Director: Hershay(USA)

ACPTR Co-Leaders: Purple Slime(UK), Epicorange1(USA)

Commiserations to Orange, who I believe still could become one of the best ACPTR leaders ever. Congratulations to Hershay, who will hopefully lead the ACPTR to new heights.

I must stress again, this was not an easy decision. Please work together to prove it right.
