• Welcome to ACPTR!

Welcome to the Army of CP Training Regiment. Founded in 2008 by Omega3, over 200 cadets have passed through the ACPTR classroom and graduated to become some of the greatest members of the ACP community. Our graduates have gone on to become some of the most influential members of the army community and members of the ACP leadership and higher command! Today the tradition endures and the ACPTR remains the premier institution for training the ACP soldiers.

Mini lesson: Bots – who are they?

As ACP brand new troops, you may be not sure about what are your older friends talking about from about a week. Once famous scourge has unfortunately come back to the world of Club Penguin. This post is intended to help you to understand who are bots in Club Penguin.

Almost every Club Penguin user has seen a group of bots. It is a common occurence when a group of penguins controled by one user interrupts our online lives. Armies through the years of their existence were severely experienced by such hackers who use technical programs to confuse all of us and impede the battles.

Above example of bots’ attack (source: acparmy.com):  Battle of Bubblegum; ACP vs. The Federation, 4th June 2013

As you can see on the picture, bots can form various shapes, that time their creator make them form an X. Every such group has one penguin [on the photo above: Thirteen37]  that is doing the tactics first. All the bots start to do that tactic immediately after.

Bots are a very annoying part of the Community and every now and then we must to face them and wait until they get bored 🙂

That’s why we need your help. Bots aren’t recognized as a legal army and cannot invade our servers but we must show them we’re not scared of them! Check the latest events at acparmy.com
