• ACPTR

The ACPTR is an ACP Brigade devoted to the teaching Club Penguin Warfare to new recruits of the ACP. ACPTR stands for ACP Training Regiment, and is currently lead by Icey, Tes, and Coolto. It was created in June 2008 by Omega39 and was originally called ABC (ACP Boot Camp). In the ACPTR, you must attend events and classes to earn Credits. At the end of each month, your Credits are added up and you get a grade (A+ being the highest) and a promotion in the ACP.

ACPTR History Class Results

The event was with mixed success. Only a few people came:

Mariosatr (Me, History Teacher)

Foldez (Tactics Teacher)

Penguiny3212 (Cadet)

Epicman4096 (Guest)

Penguiny gets 2 credits for coming (and another 2 for the tactics class, but Foldez’s post is about that.). The class ran reasonably well, even if there wasn’t levels of entertainment. I’d like to see more cadets come next time, however.

History Class [5/21]: Results

Hai dere, ACPTR!

I’ll make this quick, nobody showed up to Slider’s history class.  Show up to the next events.  I’m not going to go into some crazy rant how I’m all disappointed in everybody.  Just show up to the events more often.  Write down your events when you have trouble remembering them.  Y’all need to do MORE than just post.  As a side note, yes the leadership judging will be happening next week.

You’re only strong as your weakest link.

Let the marching begin.

New European Teachers

Hello ACPTR!

ACPTR has been looking for some European teachers so our United Kingdom cadets could have a fair chance at getting the medals they need. So it might be a little late but we’re incorporating a few new teachers into the staff. These teachers are volunteers so they’ll be Authors on the site and moderators on the ACPTR chat, since we already have the existing 7 staff members that we need to for the join page, not that it matters right now because the time to join is already over for this month. Without further ado your new European teachers are… Purple Slime, MarioStar, and Foldez!Congratulations to these worthy soldiers, you’ve proven your worth and the staff and I have chosen you three to teach our European cadets! Your positions are below…

Foldez: European Tactics

Purple Slime: European Leadership

Mariostar: European History

Congratulations! I hope you got the class that you wanted and good luck in the ACPTR staff, soon in the next 24 hours you’ll find a invite to join our site in an email, accept the invite and you’ll be added to the website as an Author. To the cadets, if you haven’t been coming to classes you’ve still got time so wake up and start earning those medals for a HUGEEE promotion in ACP!

Tactics

Here are a few tactics CP armies use:

These are the codes for the CP tactics we use. Tactics are actions or strategies carefully planned to achieve a specific goal. These help as win battles along with size. Most of the time the leader will tell you the code to use for the tactic but you must do the tactic on time. That is why you must always be listening for orders. ACPTR teaches tactics to you so that you will know how to use them and how to order them. Antant is the teacher that teaches Tactics. How do Tactics help an army? Heres how:

  • We looked organized
  • They help us win
  • Armies commonly have symbols that we use to represent us. Those symbols are ones Club Penguin has to offer
  • We sometimes use phrases that expresses how we think the battle is going.

If we fail at a tactic it shows we aren’t focused and are unprepared. Tactics also can decide who won if the size was close enough. Please attend ACPTR’s Tactic Sessions for more in-depth information about Tactics.

Leadership

Why do you think leadership is important? There are many answers to this question. Such as:

  •  You get to rank up
  • You impress people
  • People show more respect towards you
  • You don’t have to count on people to help you
  • You are more confident
  • You will be a good role model

That is also why we have a class for leadership taught by Coolto. This post is for you too see the importance of learning leadership skills now. if you learn late that’s still better than not learning at all. Who do you think would rank up quicker, someone helping the leader and helping others too or someone who is afraid of saying orders. Honestly I was afraid of giving orders or really doing anything on chat. I thought I might do something wrong and end of looking stupid, but you have to overcome that at some point if you want to make it to a high rank or even leader. Here are some ways to improve your leadership skills:

  • Find someone who is good at leading and follow after them
  • Go to the Leadership classes ACPTR offers
  • Be confident
  • Dont be afriad of looking stupid or weird everyone makes mistakes
  • Just come to events and you will see what an order should look like

UK ACPTR Staff Members

As you guys now know ACPTR is going to have 3 UK instructors now. It is because we have many ACPTR cadets that are from UK but cannot make it to the most of the events due to that none of the staff members are from UK. Now this is going to change. We are going to choose three instructors that are from UK. To join as a staff member you must be from UK and have a rank of a Brigadier General or higher. The three classes you can choose to sign up are tactics, leadership, and history. To join you must answer the following questions below. Just fill out this form:

What is your ACP name?

What is your rank?

What class would you like to teach? Why?
